Bill Thompson's Running Records

I began running 2 or 3 times a week, and started participating in 5K races. Later, I started running some 5 Mile runs and 10K's. Many of these races raise money that benefit worthy causes. I have been encouraged by a gradual improvement in my times.

I highly recommend running as a great way of staying motivated, improving your health, and having fun!

Half Marathon:

Our group runs each Monday evening in Panorama Village at 6:30 P.M. We do a 5K loop -- all speeds - join us!

We also run on Saturday mornings at 6:30 A.M. meeting at the north parking lot of Cracker Barrel. We run a longer run -- looping through Panorama and Teaswood - about 7 miles. Some who are training for longer races this Fall and Winter start increasing the Saturday run in length.
